Meet the Founder, Talibah Branch,

Hello, I'm Talibah Branch, Founder of Branch Forward.

Like many women, I entered menopause without fully understanding the physical, emotional, and lifestyle changes it could bring. As I searched for trusted menopause support, practical wellness advice, and information on healthy eating during menopause, I quickly realised that many women were facing the same challenges, often feeling overwhelmed, unsupported, or unsure where to turn.

That experience inspired me to create Branch Forward, a menopause wellness community dedicated to helping women navigate midlife with confidence, clarity, and empowerment.

I believe menopause is not something to simply endure, it's an opportunity to embrace a new chapter of strength, growth, and self-discovery. Through Branch Forward, my mission is to provide women with trusted menopause education, healthy eating and menopause nutrition resources, wellbeing tools, and a supportive community that helps them feel their best during every stage of their journey.
